Job Description
Position: Legal Biller
Location: Downtown Los Angeles or Orange County, CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite during training then transition 2 days onsite)
Pay: $55,000 to $65,000 annually
Experience: 3+ years experience to support the Finance Department and be in frequent communication with attorneys and support staff to discuss prebills.
Education: Associate degree in Accounting/Business is preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Job Description:
- Basic editing of bills in 3E system, time entry, prebills, bill loading, finalizing bills, and pulling back up receipts in Chrome River.
- Other duties include performing basic accounting tasks, preparing accruals, creating basic Excel reports, and providing overflow assistance updates to the eBillingHub and third party sites for eBillers.
Position Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Good oral and written communication skills, being detail and deadline oriented, flexible, adaptable, with an attitude of teamwork and cooperation is essential.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, legal terminology, and previous accounting experience (including strong internships) is a plus.
