Job Description
Law firm seeks a Billing Coordinator with 3 years of experience to perform, provide training for, and support standard billing and client accounting, including processing proformas and client invoices, support related inquiries, and reporting. Responsibilities include receiving and processing billing for attorneys in multiple practice groups including editing time narratives; coordinating, monitoring, and processing approved markdowns, write-offs and necessary maintenance; assisting attorneys and staff with understanding billing processes, policies and procedures; working closely with Accounts Receivable and Collections staff to resolve or prevent billing errors; and supporting other billing team members to resolve issues before they impact billing results.
Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and significant Elite or Aderant experience are required. Candidate must have strong communication skills, be detail oriented, maintain high level of confidentiality, and have ability to prioritize deadlines.
