Job Description
Law firm seeks an eBilling Account Administrator with 3 years of general accounting and legal eBilling experience to review, edit, and submit invoices via eBilling vendors; monitor and research status of eBills submitted, identify issues, and liaise with team to address rejections and deductions; update administrative application with current status; coordinate with department and clients to resolve unsuccessful electronic bill submissions and resubmit invoices to eBilling vendors; ensure billing instructions are current and adhere to client and attorney guidelines; provide overflow support to Billing team to assist with eBill submission, rejections, timekeeper and rate submission via eBilling vendors; convert clients to eBilling by transitioning paper invoices to electronic billing; assist Billers with navigating the various eBilling vendor sites; implement firm finance initiatives; and evaluate current procedures and suggest process enhancements.
Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Position may be based out of LA or NY and is hybrid, 3 days onsite
Job Requirements
Advanced knowledge of various eBilling vendors (Legal Tracker, TyMetrix 360, and Collaborati) and general understanding of LEDES template formats are required. Candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
