Job Description
Position: Attorney (Litigation Attorney & Municipal Law Attorney)
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)
Pay:
- Litigation Attorney's Salary Range is $125,000 to $150,000 annually
- Municipal Attorney's Salary Range is: $135,000 to $165,000 annually
Experience:
- Litigation Attorney: 4+ years of experience with law and motion, depositions, and court hearings, and independently managing cases.
- Municipal Law Attorney: 3+ years’ experience representing public entities. Ability to take on complex legal matters and can take initiative as well as the ability to work collaboratively with staff and elected officials. Proficiency in public bidding and contracting, procurement, prevailing wage, franchise agreements and Prop. 218. Working knowledge of the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, Conflict of Interest law, and election laws is a plus. Experience working with public bodies is a plus.
