Position:Â Litigation Docket ManagerÂ
Location:Â RemoteÂ
Pay: $125,000 to $180,000 annuallyÂ
Experience:Â Extensive docketing and case management experience in a law firm docket department required.Â
Education: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; equivalent training and legal experience may substitute for education.Â
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Â
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (occasional OT and travel for business to national firm offices as needed)Â

Job Description:Â Â Â
- Establish and maintain docketing policies, procedures, and best practices.Â
- Ensure compliance with court rules, local procedures, and firm policies regarding docketing. Â
- Monitor and review entry of litigation deadlines, court dates and related events into the docketing software.Â
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of docket data and reports distributed to attorneys and staff.Â
- Respond promptly to information requests from attorneys and professional staff regarding docketed dates, agency and court rules and procedures.Â
- Stay current with changes in court rules and procedures, and updating processes.Â
- Serve as the primary point of contact for litigation docketing issues and escalation.Â
- Assist with the development of department policies and procedures and innovation-related projects.Â
Position Requirements:Â Â Â
- Proven proficiency in utilizing docketing software (eDockets, CompuLaw, CourtAlert) for calendaring and reporting is required. Â
- Must possess strong leadership and team management skills. Â
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state court rules, procedures, eFiling procedures and technologies. Â
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Â
- Must have excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance under tight deadlines.Â
