Job Description
Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Pay: $85,000 to $95,000 annually
Experience: 4+ years of experience with cite checking and knowledge of state and federal court filing/eFiling procedures (any state court system); trial experience is strongly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a paralegal certificate is required.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Day Shift, 9:00am to 5:00pm (Overtime may be required)

Job Description:
- Organizing and coordinating litigation document productions.
- Obtaining documents and certificates from federal courts and state agencies; preparing and filing/eFiling court documents.
- Conducting document searches/research; preparing witness and matter materials/depositions.
- Coordinating trial set-up/logistics and attending trials.
- Assisting attorneys during client meetings and court proceedings (taking notes and handling exhibits).
- Acting as liaison among internal departments and outside vendors (translation services, document production, trial graphics).
Position Requirements:
- Must have experience with state and federal court filing /eFiling (PACER).
- Experience with FileSite/iManage and Relativity/TextMap (or similar) is needed.
- Cite checking and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding organizational, administrative and communication skills and a strong attention to detail/work ethic are required.
- Must be able to prioritize, meet deadlines and efficiently multi-task to produce a high-end work product in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to travel as needed for trials.
