Job Description
Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite Mondays are a mandatory day)
Pay: $81,000 to $121,250 annually
Experience: 5+ years’ experience with litigation, including eDiscovery, document production, trial preparation and chairside trial experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. A Paralegal certification is a plus.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (40-hour work week)

Job Description:
- Assist attorneys and multiple practice groups with legal matters and provide assistance to prepare legal documents and correspondence/drafts.
- Research and compile data.
- Maintain responsibility for files, calendars and meetings.
- Gather, organize, summarize, and index documents.
- Participate in meetings and closings; and assist with special projects.
Position Requirements:
- Position has a 1600 billable hour requirement.
- Strong organizational skills to work independently and meet deadlines in an atmosphere of frequent interruptions.
- Be able to maintain daily accounting of time records and input timesheets into the system directly.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of staff, attorneys, management and external clients.
- Possess analytical and critical thinking skills to make decisions regarding daily work.
- Time management abilities to handle multiple duties efficiently and accurately.
