- Perform calendaring, coordinate expert/consultant work, draft subpoenas, and prepare/summarize witness.
- Exhibit and medical records, basic discovery request and responses.
- Provide occasional onsite trial support (typically once a year).
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency with MS (Outlook, Word, Excel) and commonly used trial preparation software required (Eclipse/IPro, Case Notebook, Westlaw or comparable).
- Must have strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational, reasoning and research skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Flexibility, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and sensitivity to ethical and confidentiality requirements.
