- Reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing client files/records.
- Performing research.
- Drafting disclosure and other documents.
- Drafting document subpoenas and issuing subpoenas.
- Drafting discovery requests, reviewing/summarizing responses, and meet and confer letters.
- Researching potential experts.
- Managing document productions (incoming/outgoing), and assisting with mediation and trial preparation.
Position Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
- Excellent team player.
- Candidate must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
