Position: Litigation Paralegal

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (currently hybrid, 2 days onsite)

Pay: $90,000 to $110,000 annually

Experience: At least 5 years of experience.

Education: Paralegal certificate or attorney attestation is required.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Job Description:
  • Reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing client files/records.
  • Performing research.
  • Drafting disclosure and other documents.
  • Drafting document subpoenas and issuing subpoenas.
  • Drafting discovery requests, reviewing/summarizing responses, and meet and confer letters.
  • Researching potential experts.
  • Managing document productions (incoming/outgoing), and assisting with mediation and trial preparation.

Position Requirements:
  • Must have excellent communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Candidate must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
