Position: Litigation Paralegal 

Location: Century City, CA (Hybrid, 4 days onsite after training period) 

Pay: $85,000 to $115,000 annually 

Experience: 4+ years experience with strong eDiscovery knowledge to support two partners. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate strongly desired, candidates with a paralegal certificate and equivalent experience are encouraged to apply. 

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire  

Schedule: Day Shift, 9:00am to 5:30pm 

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic law firm client!    

Job Description:   
  • Prepare and finalize pleadings in accordance with applicable State and Federal rules. 
  • eFiling in the State and Federal courts. 
  • Assist with document retrieval, review, organization, and voluminous production. 
  • Prepare complex document reviews utilizing Relativity. 
  • Maintain case pleadings, correspondence, and discovery for large volume cases. 
  • Maintain and use document, transcript, and work product databases. 
  • Prepare for depositions, and prepare binders, exhibits, and all other discovery related tasks. 
  • Work with supervising attorney to organize and prepare exhibit lists and privilege logs. 
  • Coordinate work with outside document/litigation vendors. 
  • Coordinate and assist with trial preparations, exhibits, witness binders, and demonstratives. 
  • Assist with case docketing, including court and discovery deadlines using Deadline. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information. 
  • Provide legal and non-legal administrative support to attorneys. 

Position Requirements:     
  • eDiscovery experience is required, and knowledge of Relativity is highly preferred. 
  • Superior organizational skills and strict attention to detail. 
  • Handle a high volume and fast-paced environment. 
  • Takes initiative to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
