Job Description
Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Pay: $99,500 to $148,000 annually
Experience: 4+ years of experience in a law firm.
Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) and an ABA-approved paralegal certification are required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct HireÂ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (Overtime as needed)

Job Description:Â
- Support the litigation department attorneys during all phases of the litigation process, from the initiation of a case to the discovery period, through trial and post-trial findings and appeals.
- Extensive knowledge of litigation, trial procedures, and federal, state, and appellate court rules and procedures nationwide.
- Manage projects and monitor discovery and filing deadlines to ensure completion of pending projects and compliance with statutory pre-trial deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Superior, Federal, and U.S. District Court rules and procedures is required.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Professional, and video conference software (Zoom/Teams).
- Excellent communication abilities and quickly learn new skills and systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Practice with voluminous document productions and eDiscovery.
- Experience with TrueFiling, Relativity TextMap, CaseMap, PageVault, or other document management systems is preferred.
