Job Description
Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Fully onsite first 90 days, then 2 days remote)
Pay: $100,000 to $110,000 annually
Experience: Trial experience required with 5+ years’ experience in civil litigation to support attorneys at deposition, trial, mediation, and arbitration.
Education: Must have a BA or BS degree and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Job Description:
- Handle document organization and review (paper and electronic).
- Redaction of privileged documents.
- Retrieval/organization of exhibits for court filings.
- Review of discovery documents.
- Substantial experience with eDiscovery platforms regarding review, organization, and production.
- Summarizing depositions.
- Preparing records subpoenas.
- Communication with clients, courts and outside vendors; preparation of pretrial pleadings, exhibit and witness lists.
- Providing support at trial (preparation of pre-trial pleadings, exhibit and witness lists; and providing support at and post-trial).
Position Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality is required along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook as well as use of database software such as Summation, Concordance or Relativity.
- Previous use of iManage or other similar document management system is a plus.
