- Assist in propounding discovery and other statutory requests.Â
- Assist attorneys with document review and production.Â
- Prepare and review case files; discovery and trial documents in all aspects of case management.Â
- Prepare complex wage and hour analyses in Excel.Â
- Deposition and trial preparation work with Litigation Support to insure eFiles are collected, reviewed, and managed in accordance with Firm standards.Â
Position Requirements:Â Â Â
- Proficiency in MS Office (utilize styles/macros; create tables of authorities and contents; strong pivot tables and formulas skills) with excellent knowledge of state and federal court rules. Â
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the litigation lifecycle: case management, document review, and trial experience, and eFiling in state and federal courts. Â
- Proficiency in eDiscovery and litigation support tools (CaseMap, IPRO, Relativity). Â
- Be well-organized and demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities with excellent communication skills. Â
- Experience with employment/wage and hour litigation is a plus.Â
