Job Description
Law firm seeks a Litigation Secretary with 3 years of experience to support 2 – 4 attorneys. Selected candidate will prepare, proofread, and revise legal documents, correspondence, memoranda, and emails including from transcription; assemble documents and exhibits for court filings and recordings, hearings, arbitration, mediation, and deposition; handle attorney calendar, scheduling meetings and arranging travel; maintain deadlines on master calendar; and assist in preparing marketing materials, such as pitch folders, attorney biographies, and PowerPoint presentations.
Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Job Requirements
Litigation Secretary must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and be knowledgeable in document management systems (such as iManage) and type 60 wpm. Candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
