Job Description

Law firm seeks a Litigation Secretary with 5 years of experience. Responsibilities include preparing complex legal documents; editing contracts; creating pleading and discovery binders and filing case documents in state and federal court, including eFiling; calendaring court and file deadlines; maintaining attorney calendar, including scheduling conference calls and meetings; handling travel arrangements and attorney time entry; and prioritizing client correspondence.

Job Requirements

Litigation Secretary must have California experience; type 75 wpm and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). Candidates with a bachelors degree are preferred.  Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to meet required deadlines are needed.
