Job Description
Law firm seeks a Litigation Secretary with 5 years of experience to support Attorneys in the Orange County branch office. Legal Secretary will create, proofread and edit legal documents and correspondence; file in state and federal court, including eFiling; maintain client files; and handle administrative duties such as Attorney time entry and managing Attorney calendar.
Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Position is currently hybrid, 2 days onsite.

Job Requirements
Proficiency in MS Word is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail are needed; IP experience is preferred.
