Job Description
Law firm seeks a Litigation Secretary with 5 years of California litigation experience (Labor and Employment preferred) to support three partners in employment litigation and labor law. Responsibilities include preparing court filings and eFilings in Federal and state courts and providing assistance with calendaring, client file maintenance, attorney time entry, expense reporting and other administrative functions.
Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Position is fully onsite for 90 days, then 4 days onsite

Job Requirements
Litigation Secretary must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and iManage (or similar document management system); knowledge of CompuLaw and Best Authority or Full Authority is a plus. Position requires strong organizational abilities and excellent typing and computer skills.
