Job Description
Law firm seeks a Litigation Secretary with 3 years of experience to provide coverage to a team of attorneys. Secretary will create complex legal documents, including TOA/TOC; file in state and federal court, including eFiling; monitor attorney calendar deadlines and coordinate meetings; manage new matter conflicts checks; maintain client case files; finalize correspondence; and handle attorney time entry while working closely with assigned billing specialist.
Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Position is hybrid, 3 days onsite following 2 weeks of onsite training.

Job Requirements
A high school diploma is required. Litigation Secretary must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook); experience with iManage, FileSite or WorkSite and Aderant (or similar time & accounting system) is a plus. Must a detail oriented and proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills.
