Position:Â Litigation Secretary
Location:Â San Diego, CA (Onsite)Â
Pay: $95,000 to $100,000 annuallyÂ
Experience: 5+ years of experience to assist with daily overflow, administrative duties, and projects. Must have knowledge of federal and state court filing rules and procedures with business litigation experience, including eFiling, and must be familiar with the litigation life cycle of a case. Transactional work experience is a plus.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Â
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pmÂ

Position Requirements:Â
- Must have exceptional typing, Word formatting, editing, redlining, and exceptional computer software skills with specific knowledge of Word 2010 or higher, Outlook, and iManage or similar document management system. Â
- Knowledge of CompuLaw, Best Authority, Adobe Pro, CompareRite, and CCC Macros is a plus. Â
- Must possess excellent proofreading and writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage calendaring with precision. Â
- Great communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask are required. Â
- The ideal candidate will be a true team player, establishing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with all personnel, clients, vendors, and guests.Â
- Must have knowledge of federal and state court filing rules and procedures with business litigation experience, including eFiling, and must be familiar with the litigation life cycle of a case. Â
- Transactional work experience is a plus.Â
