Position:Â Office ManagerÂ
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite with regular onsite visits to 5 other Southern California office locations)
Pay: $155,000 to $175,000 annually (Exempt)Â
Experience: 5+ years of law firm managerial experience overseeing administrative operations across Southern California branch offices and ensuring administrative and legal support functions run smoothly. Â
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.Â
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Â
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (Regular after-hours work)Â

Job Description:Â Â Â
- Manage and oversee administrative staff including coordinating, training, and evaluating performance.Â
- Coordinate daily secretarial coverage, regular attorney assignments, and workload distribution to ensure appropriate coverage during absences or to assist with work overflow.Â
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities in varying offices.Â
- Manage the office supply budget and oversee inventory.Â
- Coordinate in-office meetings, depositions, war rooms, and office space including logistics, catering, technology coordination, and shared space setup.Â
- Coordinate office and secretarial assignments/moves.Â
- Manage and allocate unassigned office space to visiting attorneys/staff.Â
- Promote consistency, professionalism, and adherence to established administrative practicesÂ
Position Requirements:Â Â Â
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal technology. Â
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, team-building, and organizational skills (meeting required deadlines and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills), required. Â
- Ability to visit all office locations at a regular cadence and ability to navigate interpersonal challenges with professionalism and escalate matters that require the attention of senior personnel.Â
