Office Services Assistant

Law firm seeks an Office Services Assistant with 2 years of professional services experience to provide hospitality and general office support. Selected candidate will help facilities with office moves and workstation set up; provide mail room assistance with sorting, logging, and delivering incoming and outgoing firm mail and packages from various carriers; and managing print service jobs including copy, fax, and scanning, and providing basic troubleshooting and maintenance. Additionally, the Office Services Clerk will handle kitchen, conference rooms, and common area oversight proactively according to the schedule, setting up and taking down audio visual equipment and other items used for meetings and conferences; keep the areas well prepared and stoked with necessary items; and ensuring catering needs are met by ordering and setting up food and beverages. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with overtime flexibility needed.
This Office Services position requires Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge; proficiency with basic office equipment, computers, and technology, and a highly developed customer service orientation. Selected candidate will remain professional and accommodating while managing competing priorities in order to represent the firm appropriately to internal and external clients.
