- Report to the Accounting Manager and will be responsible for processing payroll for bi-weekly and monthly pay for 200 exempt and non-exempt personnel.
- Calculate and process monthly and quarterly special pay.
- Input and maintain insurance, 401(k), and other payroll deductions.
- Maintain timecard and calculate meal penalties.
- Calculate final payouts and support documentation package.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and perform compliance analysis.
- Support schedules for Worker’s Compensation and other audits.
- Handle ADP Payroll reporting as needed for compliance reporting, budgeting, staffing surveys, and ad hoc needs.
- Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management; and special project work with CFO.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and highly organized.
