- Tracking billing guidelines, engagement letters, and eBilled clients
- Provide accurate billing rates-related information and analysis to management necessary for decision making and planning
- Documenting and tracking/reporting on firmwide discounts
- Maintaining Fee Arrangement portal
- Reconciling engagement letters against New Business Intake process
- Ensuring integrity and accuracy of system data
- Establishing timekeeper rates based on client/matter fee arrangements
- Utilizing Excel to prepare reports
- Reviewing billing guidelines/engagement letters
- Handling special projects
Requirements:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with 3E Accounting software or similar programs is highly preferred
