International law firm seeks a Pricing Coordinator with 2 years of analytical experience in a law firm environment to track billing guidelines and eBilled clients, pricing requirements and rate submission deadlines, reconciling engagement letters with new matter intake; prepare rate cards, maintain standard rate spreadsheet in Finance Portal, and assist with global and US rate, exceptions, firm-wide and volume discounts and complex fee agreements implementation and maintenance and track and report on same.  Pricing Coordinator will also set us special rates, instructions, client groupings and narratives in the accounting system; research and provide answers to fee-agreement related questions; ensure accuracy and integrity of system data; and handle additional projects as assigned. 

Overtime availability needed, particularly at month and year-end.

Position is hybrid, 3 days onsite
 

Job Requirements

A Bachelors Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred.  Pricing Coordinator must have experience working with large data sets and accounting systems (3E preferred); knowledge of general accounting principles; Excel advanced features skills; expert level English language written and verbal communication skills for business communication.  Candidate must have experience  working under tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
