Job Description

Law firm seeks a Professional Development Manager with 5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment to support professional development initiatives for attorneys at all levels. Selected candidate will develop and implement attorney professional development programs; prepare department budgets and review, monitor and approve related expenditures; support the annual performance evaluation processes for partners, associates, and policy advisors; implement associate and policy advisor mentoring programs; and manage MCLE administration, including sourcing and developing in-house programs, reviewing and approving programs for MCLE credit eligibility, monitoring attorney bar admissions and associated MCLE compliance.

The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Position is hybrid, 2 days onsite

Job Requirements

A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership or Psychology is preferred; Manager must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel); candidates with viDesktop experience are preferred.  Excellent communication and time management skills meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are needed.
