- Assist with implementation/maintenance of financial software systems across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with all requirements and firm-wide standards.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources for financial technology initiatives, (software upgrades, integrations, process improvements).
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, financial stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Monitor project budgets and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
- Document financial processes and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and training programs for new financial software implementations.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolution.
Position Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, particularly Excel) required.
- Must have strong understanding of financial systems and accounting processes and proven experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong analytical capabilities.
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Possess outstanding communication skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity in global communications.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Have strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with legal billing systems (Elite 3E, Aderant) and knowledge of accounting software platforms (SAP, Oracle Financials) is preferred.
- Experience working in a global, multi-office environment and knowledge of GAAP and international accounting standards with multilingual capabilities is a plus.
