Job Description
Position: Real Estate Paralegal
Location: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA (hybrid, must reside in one of these areas)
Pay: $135,000 - $175,000/yr (Depending on experience)
Experience: 6+ years of law firm experience
Education: A bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic law firm client!
Job Description:
- Preparing and maintaining transaction checklists
- Preparing closing documents under the supervision of attorneys and maintaining closing files
- Following up on post-closing matters
- Coordinating ongoing projects and activities in either on-site or off-site locations
- Utilize junior paralegals, support departments, and secretaries when necessary
- Developing procedures with supervisors for electronic or physical tracking, coding, and ensuring quality control systems for documents
Position Requirements:
- Possess knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and other programs necessary to complete thorough analyses and reports
- Experience in title and survey review
- Experience assisting on commercial, multi-state real estate transactions
- Knowledge of basic corporate structures and UCC matters
- Possess well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, management, support staff and outside contacts and service providers
