Job Description

Century City law firm seeks a Real Estate Paralegal with 4 years of experience.  Successful candidate will have transactional experience, including financing, purchase and sales transactions, and leasing. Paralegal will also prepare deeds and property tax forms and perform title review. 
The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Position is hybrid, 2 or 3 days onsite

 

Job Requirements

A paralegal certificate and a college degree are preferred. The Real Estate Paralegal must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Experience with title and survey review, negotiating title coverage and endorsements, loan documents, real property searches, preparation of closing and post-closing documents and the coordination of closing activities, as well as familiarity with general corporate structure is required.
