Position: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA 

Pay: $24 to $26 per hour  

Type: Full-time; Temp To Hire 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm (preferred), or 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm 

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic law firm client!    

Job Description:   
  • Daily administrative support, answering and routing phone calls, accepting courier packages and retrieving mail, scanning files and mail with case information. 
  • Logging deliveries, and reserving/preparing conference rooms for depositions. 
  • Providing back-up legal secretary and clerical assistance to the Office Administrator to process invoices/banking. 

Position Requirements:     
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.  
  • Highly self-motivated, prompt, reliable, organized, and able to work independently. 
  •  Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook); experience with iManage, Elite and Chrome River will be helpful.
