Job Description
Position: Records & Office Services Coordinator
Location: Century City, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $68,000 to $75,000 annually
Experience: 3+ year’s experience working in a law firm or professional services setting.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Records & Office Services Coordinator to join our dynamic law firm client!
Job Description:
- Creating/maintaining litigation case files (correspondence, pleadings, motions, depositions, appeals, arbitration) and preparing records to save in the document management system, stored offsite storage or purged/returned to client.
- Order, refill, and maintain general office and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with duplicating and scanning projects.
- Oversee office space and manage facilities requests to outside vendors/office of the building.
- Provide overflow assistance to support reception and mail functions, and reserve/assist with new office and conference room set-up.
Position Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
- Possess strong computer and communication skills.
- Being detail/deadline oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment to organize and prioritize work to balance multiple projects is essential.
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential materials.
