Job Description
Position: Litigation Secretary
Location: Inland Empire, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $62,000 to $83,000 per year
Experience: 3+ years of experience to provide litigation support to multiple attorneys in preparing complex legal documents for filing/eFiling in State and Federal courts.
Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED; Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Day Shift, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40-hour week)

Job Description:
- Document production and proofreading/editing correspondence, interaction/communication with clients, courts, and attorneys.
- Providing administrative assistance with file management and coordinating multiple calendars/appointments.
- Arranging travel and itineraries.
- Preparing expense reports.
- Transcribing court proceedings and recorded meetings.
- Preparing trial binders, exhibits, contracts, summonses, appeals, and motions.
Position Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), commonly used DMS (iManage preferred), and attorney timekeeping systems (Coyote preferred).
- Extensive experience with eFiling and court rules and civil procedures in State and Federal jurisdictions.
- Transactional law and administrative hearing knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with JuraLaw (legal calendaring) strongly preferred.
- Candidate will be proactive, highly responsible, and accountable.
