- Develop and execute focused business development and profile-raising programs to engage clients and drive revenue
- Offer advice, actionable insights, and meaningful market analysis to departments and practice groups’ strategies and business plans
- Work with practice group chairs and key partners to develop, plan, and implement business development and marketing plans, strategic initiatives, events/programs, and targeted pitches that support business growth
- Identify prospective clients and cross-selling to expand existing client relationships
- Coach on related business development and marketing activities while leading writing projects
- Conduct client feedback sessions and ensure feedback is documented and communicated
- Work with communications and PR teams to oversee the creation and updating of pitch materials, brochures, practice group descriptions, website content, deal, experience lists, and other marketing collateral
- Evaluate sponsorships and opportunities to ensure the firm receives the maximum return on its investment

- Ability to lead a high-performing and results-oriented team
- Provide discipline to advance projects to desired outcome
- Ability to handle a heavy workload, competing priorities, and multi-task effectively
- Orchestrate change using diplomacy and persuasion
