Law firm seeks a Senior Records Coordinator with 5 years of law firm experience to assist the Manager (and manage department in his/her absence) with daily operations, train staff, develop and implement solutions for special projects; and collaborate on Information Governance program, including data privacy and security.  This is a working position, so Records Coordinator will coordinate paper and electronic file management, intake and release of documents; and storage or destruction of records.  Selected candidate will also manage case rooms; organize boxes for offsite storage; and assist with remote work for other offices.  The hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

Salary range is $80,000 to $110,000.  This is an exempt position.

A bachelor’s degree is required.  Qualified candidate will have outstanding MS Office skills; knowledge of iManage and Concordance are preferred.  This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs., reach shelving, and operate a hand truck.  The Senior Records Coordinator must be highly organized, deadline driven, and possess strong analytical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
