Position: Senior Resource Administrative Analyst; Library Services

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid; 3 days onsite) 

Pay: $85,000 to $105,000 annually 

Experience: 4+ years of progressive law library experience. 

Education: Master's Degree in Library Science or related degree is preferred 

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire  

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (work overtime as needed)  

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Senior Resource Administrative Analyst; Library Services to join our dynamic law firm client!    

Job Description:   
  • Working with the Sr Knowledge Services Manager to develop consistent, firm-wide policies and procedures for resource management.  
  • Manage/oversee the lifecycle of resources, including the tracking of renewals and contracts, while ensuring the integrity and quality of data across all tracking systems.  
  • Curate and manage a comprehensive repository of up-to-date information resources and enhances searchability to ensure quick and efficient access.  
  • Assist with identifying and implementing relevant technology, including discoverability, data delivery/integration and workflow solutions. 
  • Oversee consistent onboarding and credential management practices and procedures.  
  • Provide administration and support for KRS systems, including the integrated library system (Sydney) and request management system (Quest). 
  • Coordinate integration of internal and external data and resources into KRS systems, using APIs or other methods.   

Position Requirements:     
  • In-depth knowledge of database and systems management principles and best practices. 
  • Knowledge of accounting functions. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. 
  • Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work with all levels of attorneys and business professionals. 
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
