Job Description

Law firm seeks a Word Processor/Trainer with 5 years of experience to  provide word processing support by creating, revising, and formatting  legal documents using Microsoft Office (including advanced functions - TOA, TOC and styles); assist with general help desk inquiries; create advanced-level PowerPoint slide presentations, assit with macro creation and corrupt document troubleshooting.  

Following shadow period and once employee is up to speed, approximately 25% of duties will include conducting onboarding/new hire IT orientations and conducting software training (group, remote and deskside) for attorneys and staff translating technical concepts and terms into understandable terminology.  

Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Position is hybrid, 2 days onsite with a set schedule

Job Requirements

Candidate will have MS Office advanced features skills; proficiency in legal software applications, specifically MacPac and Full Authority; typing of 65 wpm; strong proofreading ablilities; effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with all user levels.
