- Select and implement strategy and design discovery solutions for firm matters.Â
- Manage projects, track and report on costs and progress.Â
- Assist the case team with custodian interviews.Â
- Interact with and manage outside vendors.Â
- Advanced facility with all major eDiscovery technologies.Â
- Lead teams and leased reviewers as necessary.Â
- Mastery and implementation of best discovery practices.Â
- Respond to work requests from LPS management on a variety of issues and special projects. (training/professional development, staff performance, prompt and complete timekeeping, and program improvements).Â
- Lead trial preparation support processes.Â

- Substantial experience in all aspects of litigation project management, including litigation holds, early fact development and case assessment, collection, processing, culling strategies, document review, production, and privilege logging. Â
- Ability to articulate case (project) goals, objectives, deliverables, costs, and deadlines; identify tasks, resources, and schedule needed to achieve objectives. Â
- Must have fluency in the technical language of desktop and enterprise business information systems with strong organizational, reasoning, and research skills; creativity; strong communication skills; good judgment; attention to detail; and initiative.Â
