- Review intercompany reporting among different entities and offices to ensure that all foreign and federal requirements and guidelines are met.
- Review sales & use tax returns, business personal property tax returns, and gross receipts tax returns prior to submission.
- Review/gather data needed for transfer pricing reporting requirements for U.S. and international offices.
- Assistance in preparation of projected state apportionment ratios for state tax planning purposes.
- Assistance in month end balancing and reporting.
- Assist with initial review of work product done by more entry level tax staff.
- Ad hoc analysis and special projects.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent communication skills required.
- International accounting/tax experience and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and partnership tax filing requirements is required.
- Prior experience as a senior tax accountant with management experience preferred and law firm tax experience a plus.
