Job Description
Law firm seeks a temporary Technical Support Specialist with 3 years of experience in a user facing support role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment, to ensure efficient operation of equipment in firm offices. Position will report to IT Training and Support Manager and will provide expedient, professional white glove service to firm employees; maintain and support workstation hardware and applications, VOIP phones, printers, video conference equipment, and mobile devices; log requests and support activities in ticketing system and ensure all special requests and deviations are documented; support the onboarding process ensuring new users are added to necessary systems and set up with appropriate hardware; and provide general support to the Information Technology team, including assisting with firmwide technology initiatives.
Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with availability for on-call rotation after hours, weekends and holidays.

Job Requirements
A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required; undergraduate degree or commensurate working experience is preferred. Tech Support Specialist will have 3 years of working knowledge of MS Office and Windows 10; one year of experience troubleshooting application and Windows OS issues is preferred. Must have working knowledge of Citrix, OWA, VPN, mobile device (Android and iPhone), video conference equipment, tracking/ticketing systems, and networks. Understanding of Aderant, Kofax PDF, iManage, InterAction, VOIP phones, and macro software is strongly preferred. Ability to lift and move 40 pounds is needed. Candidates will be proactive, client service oriented, reliable and have strong communication skills.
