- Handle court filing in state and federal court, including eFiling.
- Manage extensive client communication.
- Distribute information to team members.
- Assemble and maintain trial binders.
- Research documents within the database.
Position Requirements:
- Must have trial experience (sitting in courtroom assisting attorneys).
- Experience with Intellectual Property, Commercial, or Criminal law is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
