Law firm seeks a Level II Deskside Support Technician with two years of end user support experience in a law firm environment.  The User Support Technician II will provide excellent internal customer support to attorneys and other staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing training assistance.  Selected candidate must have the ability to remain calm while prioritizing work; communicate effectively with users of varied technological abilities; and work effectively as part of a team with other user support specialists.  The IT Support Technician II must learn new technologies quickly.  Candidates experienced with FileSite document management system support and MS Active Directory administration is highly preferred.  Familiarity with Windows 10 Pro, MS Office 2013, Exchange 2013, Citrix, 3E Billing and Accounting, Cisco, ServiceNow, LANDesk, and Bomgar are a plus.  The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a 35 hour work week.  Overtime, weekends, and holiday 24/7 on call rotation availability are necessary.
