User Support Analyst III

Los Angeles law firm seeks a User Support Analyst III to support help desk call rotation firmwide by providing concierge level service to end users.  Selected candidate will also provide occasional support offsite at trial locations setting up and transporting equipment, and coordinating technology at temporary offices.  The Help Desk Technician will also rotate 24/7 on-call support as part of a regular schedule with other department members.  Regular responsibilities include supporting end users on computers, telephones, and mobile devices; researching and resolving hardware and software concerns.  The User Support Analyst III will track issues in the system, and work with vendors, maintaining current knowledge of industry technologies.  The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with on-call rotation and the ability to travel to trial locations to provide support.

Qualified candidate must have extensive knowledge of technology, audio visual equipment; video conferencing software, network equipment, jacks, and tracing cables, and be able to provide Smart Hands remote assistance to the engineering team.  3 years of experience is required.
