Job Description
Position: Vendor Management Coordinator
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid, 2 days onsite; fully onsite during training)
Pay: $65,000 to $70,000 annually
Experience: 1 year of administrative experience to coordinate activities in a law firm (strongly preferred) or professional services environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct HireÂ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Job Description:Â
- Schedule/coordinate vendor meetings and related follow-up.
- Facilitate firm vendor communication.
- Process/track invoices and maintain vendor documentation/records.
- Support vendor onboarding and oversee performance tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
Position Requirements:
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.
