- Communicating and interacting with vendors with concerns, performing the quality checks, and dealing with price negotiations and improvements.
- Regularly analyzing sales trends to understand the market value of different products.
- Researching new vendors based on price/quality and selecting new partners based on the vendor management plan.
- Build and maintain good relationships with approved existing and new vendors.
