- Produce and edit complex legal documents including purchase, leasing, joint venture and corporate documents, pleadings, court forms and various other documents, while adhering to Firm styles and guidelines.Â
- Assist with Word document formatting, styling and cleanup.Â
- Perform complex document revisions based on markups and attorney instructions.Â
- Substantial editing of transactional documents (leases and purchase documents, often with heavy revisions containing track changes, requiring formatting, styles, headers/footers, Table of Contents and Indexes).Â
- Create and update Tables of Authorities (TOA) and Tables of Contents (TOC) in PleadingsÂ
- Create/edit PowerPoint presentation and support conversion of PDFs to Word documents and other formats.Â
- Create, format, and edit spreadsheets.Â
- Process accurate transcription of digital dictation.Â
- Assist end users with troubleshooting document issues.Â
- Handle assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a deadline-drive environment.Â
- Actively monitor and manage workflow in shared Outlook inbox and BigHand Hub work folders.Â
- Prepare and circulate documents for signature using DocuSign and manage electronic files in NetDocuments.Â

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Microsoft Visio, and experience with NetDocuments (or similar document management systems). Â
- Exceptional spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and proofreading abilities with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines. Â
- Must have excellent communication and collaborative skills. Â
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated sound judgment and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion. Â
- Self-motivated and able to follow instructions accurately while working independently in a fast-paced environment. Â
