e-Learning Technology Coordinator
Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Major law firm seeks an e-Learning Training Coordinator with 4 years of experience, law firm preferred. Candidate will develop and lead staff e-learning training programs and manage initiatives; coordinate with HR and Technology departments on curriculum creation, social learning strategies, and online learning; develop reference materials such as outlines, handouts, and instructions; and utilize learning management systems to administer training programs. The Training Coordinator will collaborate with local and global Technology Training Team to ensure training programs are consistent firm-wide; evaluate and test new software programs and updates from a training and end-user point of view; and participate in training conference calls. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Salary range is $70,000 to $110,000
A bachelor’s degree and relevant project management experience are required. Candidate must have expert-level knowledge and ability to train staff in iManage, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), Acrobat, Litera Change-Pro, Intapp Time, Cisco Phone Software and Webex, PayneGroup Metadata Assistant, and Chrome River. Experience in Captivate or Camtasia is highly preferred. The e-Learning Training Coordinator must demonstrate professional, polished, and articulate training presentation skills, and have the ability to effectively teach users at varying skill levels. Selected candidate will have outstanding customer service, communication and organizational skills.
